Here is a test procedure available to check the purity of fuel. These are two important tests which a consumer should go for when he has even the slightest doubt regarding the quality of fuel.

Filter Paper Test

when we put some drops of petrol on filter paper and if there are stains left on the filter paper once the petrol is evaporated then the petrol has some impurities and if there are no stains then are no impurities

Density Checking

We have apparatus for density check and if this density is compared with last reference density present in DSR ( register maintained by all the retail outlet) and if the difference between reference density and current density is less then +/- 3 then the product passes density test.
